Imber Court can offer a wide number of sports.
Imber Court has an excellent floodlit rugby pitch which is currently used by the Met rugby team (Men and Women), London South Africa and St Georges Rugby teams. Imber Court has hosted larger rugby events including Help for Heroes, Harlequins Rugby team and the Women’s English First Team games.
The Home Office regularly have their annual sports day at Imber Court which is a large event using up all of our grounds. The sports put on that day include: cricket, tennis, touch rugby, 5 aside football, athletes and a host of other activities.
During the month of August Imber Court hosts Richmond Volley Ball tournament over the bank holiday weekend. This draws people from all over the country to play in this event and it continues to grow year by year.
London 2 Paris Bike ride stages their welcome party and stage start here in June which hosts some top athletes including the likes of: Stephen Roche (former Tour de France winner), James Cracknel (Olympic gold medalist) and Nigel Mansell (former F1 world champion) to name a few.
Once the football season comes to an end the 5 aside football competitions start and these are held over a weekend and are organized by local teams throughout surrey.
Finally Imber Court boosts 8 LTA standard grass tennis courts which are open to our members for free and also 2 stand alone squash courts which cost #4 to use.
